Description
Aloo or potato in a typical Kashmiri recipe is deep fried, but we do not do that, to stay on the healthy side.
This recipe uses whole grind masala and Kashmir red chili.
Best served with Chapathi, tandoori roti, plain rice, or Quinoa.
Tips: Add some fresh butter after you reheat, and sprinkle some fresh cilantro, for a great display on the table.
Nutritional Benefits: Though Potato’s are filled with starch, its an amazing root with incredible nutrition.
