This recipe takes a lot of patience to roast them individually and keep the shape to its best, so enjoy them while offered only in season.

Best served with plain rice or Quinoa. Also a great combination with Rasam & Rice. Rasam also called mulligatawny soup.

Tips: Reheat it on a tawa (Griddle) for best texture and taste.
