Description
Arachuvitta sambar is very tasty as its made with freshly ground sambar powder that gives fresh aroma. South Indian style mixed vegetables (Drumstick, Carrot, small pearl onions, Eggplant) cooked to tenderness in a toor dal stew and turmeric curry.
Best served with plain rice or Quinoa.
Tips: Add a small piece of butter or a spoon of ghee before serving.
