Drumsticks especially are rich in nutrition and hard to find fresh, but we grow them ourselves and harvest just days before cooking.
Best served with plain rice or Quinoa.
Tips: Chew the ends of the drumstick first and then put the entire piece in your mouth and chew at least 15 to 20 times, until all that is left is the fiber, and now spit it out.
Nutritional Benefits: Also called the “Miracle Tree” contains anti fungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Leaves and flowers are also edible.
