Roasted Channa dal and spices grinded to a coarse powder that can be stored for weeks. To serve, mix with sesame seed oil, or ghee. But can be used with any oil of your preference.
It is a concentrated flavor, so use the dipping in moderate quantity.
Best served with Dosa or Idly, Rice mixed with sesame oil
