This recipe is designed to make cooking biriyani a breeze, without very minimum oil.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Rinse 300 grams or 2 cups of basmathi rice
Step 2: Add 3.5 to 4 cups of water, biriyani mix and rinsed rice to a rice cooker
Step 3: The water should taste mildly salty, to flavor the rice. Add more if preferred
Step 4: Let it cook, in 15 to 20 minutes, it should be filling your house with aroma, and be ready to eat.
Best served with Raitha (Just mix: Raw sliced onion, yogurt, salt and cilantro)
Tips: You can soak the rice for 15 minutes in the mixture before turning on the cooker.
