This mixed vegetable kurma, is a tradition and specialty of the Chettinadu Cuisine from Tamil Nadu.

The word Vellai in Tamil means White. Very Mildly in spiced using green chili, and smoothed with fresh coconut milk.

Best served with Chapathi, Parota, plain rice or Quinoa.

Tips: Add fresh cilantro before serving.
