This batter is freshly soaked and grinded to order hence is free of preservatives and additives.
You can make about 10 Adai’s.
Best served with chutney or by mixing sesame oil to the dry chutney. (Available under essentials)
Tips:
Do not mix water, its meant to be thick and hard. When cooked will be chewy.
You can add chopped raw onions and fresh cilantro to the batter, or on the rawa, if you prefer.
Nutritional Benefits: This batter is made with Boiled rice, which is high in nutritional value as its boiled with the husky, before removing hence holds higher nutrition. The black pepper and fenugreek seeds make it even more better.
